Account Coordinator (Oklahoma City, OK.)
The Account Coordinator position will be responsible for working in a team environment in the GPSSECURED project office. Primary job tasks relate to sales and business development primarily in the automotive industry while providing support to team members on operations and customer service functions. This position will report directly to the operations/marketing manager and work collaboratively in support of the south west regional office goals.
Primary Functions:
Maintains and uses a database of potential clients to form sales territory in the greater Oklahoma City, Ok. area. May propose new approaches to increasing sales; recommend creative approaches and promotion to enhance sales efforts and growth the business.
Identifies prospective customers and implements the local marketing plan in conjunction with market manager to meet the needs of companies, and public agency clients. Participates in the development and implementation of strategies for selling products and services in an assigned market. Provide quotes for products and presents Company's services to large and small client groups.
Maintains knowledge of market trends, legislative and regulatory matters, and the like and provides Project Manager with ongoing information for forecasting business opportunities and threats.
Anticipate customer needs and work to exceed their expectations.
Team Support Functions:
Maintain accurate data in Company's fleet database.
Facilitate distress calls and provide customers direction on functionality of our product lines.
Provide general customer support as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Customer focused attitude and ability to execute a plan
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Relevant computer skills including MS Office
Knowledge of the greater Oklahoma City, OK. area; ability to read maps, use GPS and online maps
Valid drivers license along with good driving record
