The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City has an opening for a full-time Senior Account Clerk.
The successful candidate will perform complex accounting duties for the Auxiliary & Service Unit Accounting Section relating to billing and accounts receivable activities, including processing daily deposits. Responsible for accounts receivable follow-up and collection of past due amounts. Inputs vouchers/requisitions into the institutional accounting systems, assists processing the monthly airfare billing file.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED and 36 months of general accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable experience.
Skills: Ability to use office equipment such as keyboards, ten-key, fax, copier, etc.
Preference: Education in business, accounting, or communication studies. Personal computer 24 months; Microsoft Word experience 12 months & Excel experience 24 months. Strong oral, written communications and organizational skills. Attention to detail a must.
