We have an immediate opening in our Communications Center office for a Patient Service Representative IV.
We seek candidates who are customer focused, wanting to learn dental education clinic processes and will enjoy helping customers with their appointment needs. The ideal candidates are self-motivated, innovative, disciplined and skilled in planning and prioritizing. We require strong communication skills (oral and written, superb telephone skills are a must), and must be highly effective utilizing computer technology. Previous dental clinic and communication industry experience is a plus.
 
Requirements: High School diploma or GED and 30 months experience: minimum of 18 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role. Will accept an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Skills: Clinical experience as well as customer service skills.
