We have a cute 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a storage shed and storm cellar in the back yard. It also has a large fenced in front yard in a great neighborhood in the Corbin hills area of NW 14th st on OKC. There is some work needed: some areas of drywall patch, new floor under the toilet, paint in the bathroom, it needs a little bit of plumbing work to move the washer and dryer to a utility room and maybe a few other minor things. It has had a new roof in the last few years, it comes with a stove and refrigerator but not a dishwasher.
