BILINGUAL OFFICE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The Corporate Office of E-Express is looking for additional help. We are seeking a Bilingual Office Receptionist who is independent, self-motivated and a team player.
This position is located at the Corporate Office. Monday - Friday 8-5pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
-Maintain and update company database
-Maintain office appearance, conference room and reception area
-Filing and storage paperwork
-Receives and responds to phone and in person inquiries by providing directions, instructions, promotional material, or other general information or referring such inquiries to the appropriate persons
-Schedules appointments, maintains and reserves conference room availability for meetings and events
-Keeps logs and records of telephone calls, clients and/or visitors served, and types of services provided
-Collects and sorts batches, alphabetizes, codes, and/or places in numerical order various documents for filing, storage, or processing
-Receive and distribute mail to appropriate persons
-Print and prepare envelopes with monthly newsletters 
-Compute, compile data entry for various reports
-Prepare employment packet for new hires
-Any other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
REQUIREMENTS: 
- High School Degree + Some college background preferred.
- Previous Office Setting experience.
- Friendly, professional, and organize. 
- Ability to type 50-60 wpm and perform computer-related tasks.
- Good attitude with excellent communication and people skill. 
- Ability to work independently and efficiently. 
- Bilingual                                                                                                                                           
- Must pass background check.
