Job Qualifications: 
Responsibilities
-Answer back to back pizza customer calls, customer service and order taking in both English and Spanish 
-Be customer friendly on both positive and negative conversations
-Be professional and show concern - Are you able to understand the customer's point of view? Are you able to represent the company, staying calm while helping a guest with their concern?

This is a pay by order position. Your pay is based off your ability to process orders in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring great customer service on every call, suggestive selling and accuracy.
