Position: Office manager is responsible for the administrative, personnel, financial, and performance aspects of the medical practice as well as facilitating the medical operations to ensure efficient, legal and ethical practices.
Duties
· Daily financial balancing/deposits/reconciling of books -- normal bookkeeping.
· Scheduling employees and managing best practices for coverage and efficiency.
· Reviewing performance data, identifying and addressing weaknesses.
· Personnel interviews and introduction.
· Conducting personnel performance reviews, setting expectations.
· Problem resolution. Financial, patient, legal or otherwise.
