She is obviously loved by someone. She showed no signs of being feral - she loved attention, her nails were not long, her fur was clean. No collar or microchip though. She had some blue dye or ink on her paws if that helps. She was wandering around NW Expressway and Rockwell.
I took her to the OKC Animal Shelter thinking that someone was probably already looking for her and that was the first place they'd look. But it's been over 24 hours and she's still there. Hopefully this helps her find her (or any) loving family.
