***Sprint Fast Wireless Now Hiring Sales Associates and Store Managers - Compensation: Negotiable in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Sprint Fast Wireless is looking for professional and highly motivated individuals for the positions of Store Manager and Sales Associate at their brand new locations in Sooner and Quail Springs Malls.
We will be conducting on site interviews from May 5th - May 8th.

As a wireless store manager you will:
- Hire, train and motivate sales consultants
- Write weekly schedules and handle day to day operations
- Develop employee quotas and work with upper management to maximize sales within your location
- Conduct store meetings addressing sales, service and technology in the fast paced wireless industry
- Create an environment that breeds OUTSTANDING customer service that meets standards set by Fast Wireless? excellent reputation in wireless
- Help clients make the best decision regarding their wireless situation as well as provide them with outstanding customer service.
- Learn the wireless industry, inside and out, as well as learn how to evolve as the industry changes.
- Work in an exciting and fast paced environment that requires an ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Receive a comprehensive training that puts you in a great position to succeed.
As a Sales Associate you will:
- Help clients make the best decision regarding their wireless situation as well as provide them with outstanding customer service.
- Learn the wireless industry, inside and out, as well as learn how to evolve as the industry changes.
- Work in an exciting and fast paced environment that requires an ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Receive a comprehensive training that puts you in a great position to succeed.
A qualified applicant should:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- have experience selling in a face to face, commission based environment (not required, but preferred)
- Enjoy talking to people and feel comfortable striking up a conversation with consumers in the mall.
- Be reliable and professional and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Be available to work retail hours(nights, weekends, and some holidays)
